#BFT2014 | Where to Eat in Baguio : Tradisyon Restaurant at Azalea Residences

On the second day of Baguio Food Tour 2014, Azalea’s Tradisyon Restaurant treated us on breakfast with their  sumptuous Pinoy comfort foods.

Tradisyon Restaurant

The restaurant is conveniently located at the ground floor of Azalea Residences - our home for this 2-day food tour in the City of Pines.

The relaxing ambiance, casual elegant look, and spacious dining area are the perfect words to describe Tradisyon Restaurant. The mountain view from the outside is a perfect backdrop while the natural cool breeze adds appetite. And I commend the good service and the sweet smile from the restaurant's staffs. And of course the foods? Yeap, they caught my taste buds!

Their breakfast is in buffet style so you can choose from their variety of menus from the usual bread and butter to different kind of “Silogs”. I choose garlic rice, longganisa, bacon strips, sunny-side-up egg (fresh from the pan), and crispy daing. Yeap, the daing is totally crispy and not too salty, the smokey-yummy taste of bacon perfectly blends with garlic rice, and of course my new fav coz it’s not too oily, the “Longganisa ala Baguio”.

By the way, buffet breakfast at Tradisyon is usually included in Azalea Residences’ room package or complimentary. No worries for those who are not staying in Azalea and those who didn't avail its room package, you can taste the best of Pinoy comfort food for only P 500.00.

I’ll definitely dine again at Tradisyon Restaurant on my next trip to the City of Pines!
