Travel Diaries| One Laiya in Batangas

Want to take a break and forget your busy/fast-paced metro life at least for one or two days? More reasons? Ok. You don’t need to travel long, not so far-flung from Metro Manila, and very accessible. A BEACH!

Laiya, Batangas 3

Plan your trip/vacation/week-end get-away now in Batangas and choose from list of resorts in Laiya beach/cove. Laiya is a coastal/seaside barangay of San Juan Batangas endowed with white sand beaches and calm waters. Last July (2012) we do our team building activities in one of the beach resorts in Laiya- in One Laiya. The beach area served as our playground as one strong family, concert ground for voices of laughter and grandstand in proclamation of our endearing UNITY. Indeed! The place is perfect for group activities/events, family outing, barkada get-away or even solo eskapo.

From Metro Manila, going to the infamous Laiya in San Juan, Batangas only takes three hours or less. From the busy streets of Metro Manila find your way going to South Luzon Express Way (SLEX). From SLEX exit follow the signage going to San Pablo, Laguna then Tiaong, Quezon. Right turn in crossing Tiaong all the way to Laiya in San Juan, Batangas.

Laiya  is the closest beach destination from Metro Manila. Its white sand beaches truly captivates, its serenity gives comfort and relaxation to visitors. With regards to budget, accommodations from cheap up to “with stars” are available. Of course if you want to save- you can bring foods as well as swimming gadgets and materials to save rental fees.

  14. Wow the place looks REALLY good! I spent post-summer '08 at Batangas but I'm not really sure if it was Laiya.

This is so freaky but that sun/moon henna is EXACTLY what I got on my arm back in Puerto Galera 4 years ago..
