The World According To Me
A picture that depicts the daily life of people living with boats. Nice capture Sir Jeff.
ReplyDeletewe should try this one time jeff. pag balik natin ng surigao ...wag lang lulubog ung baroto..
ReplyDeleteIt really depicts a Filipino scene with the Nipa Hut as part of the backdrop.
ReplyDeleteLearned something new that the boats manned by these indigents is called Baruto. Thanks to you for that.
ReplyDeleteThe photos reminded me of "The Old Man and the Sea" although I don't think it was a baruto that was used in that story.
The photos are telling us something. Beauty is everywhere! tignan mo lang yung bangkero, I can read his mind. sabi nya. Ang sarap ng buhay sa lalawigan.
ReplyDeletein fairness, pwede ma frame ang mga pictures na 'to and hang as wall decor.
ReplyDeleteLove the photos. Are you planning to sell them? Should be a taker for that. :)

ReplyDeleteNice capture of movement on the first shot! I like how you framed it with a quiet and almost stand-still feel, capturing the essence of Philippine provincial life.
ReplyDeleteI must say this is one of the few beautiful photos of rural places. You're such a talented photographer.
ReplyDeletePostcard series are getting more and more interesting these days. Just work more on the composition to make them stand-out.
ReplyDeleteAng ganda ng mga kuha mo. ANg baruto ba sa tagalog bangka o talagang baruto ang tawag dyan?
